Beth Reichgott is a merger and acquisition (M&A) advisor with The NYBB Group. She helps clients with matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, exit strategies, and business valuations. Beth has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including, banking, finance, distribution, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, pharmaceutical, and retail.
She has worked closely with clients at all levels of management. Her clients include business owners, financial sponsors, and companies with annual revenues of $5 million to $50 million.
Beth has an extensive sales background. As a commercial real estate agent at Rand Commercial, for example, Beth represented both individuals and seasoned real estate investors. Beth has assisted both buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords. She has vast experience with all types of commercial properties, including land, medical, office buildings, restaurants, and warehouses.
As a corporate recruiter at the publicly listed Kforce, she oversaw a roster of notable clients. These included A&P, Bed Bath & Beyond, British Petroleum, Hearst Argyle, Quest, NYK Lines, Red Bull / NY Red Bulls, Sealed Air, and Toys R US, among others.
Beth grew up in Central New Jersey. She has lived in New York City; Bergen County, N.J.; and Rockland and Orange Counties in New York. She currently resides in Tuxedo Park, NY. This has given Beth valuable insights into the varied needs of companies throughout the New York tri-state area.
Beth is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey. She remains active in the Commercial Real Estate industry throughout the New York’s lower Hudson Valley and Northern New Jersey.
Beth earned both Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. She majored in Engineering as an undergraduate. Her MBA was earned at FDU’s Silberman College of Business.
