Lindsay comes to NYBB with 15 years in executive HR leadership and consultation, strategy, and execution. She has worked across a variety of industries in both corporate and small business, including wellness, medical, dental, construction, entertainment, retail, manufacturing, HCM, transportation, distribution, and transportation. She’s supported over $100 million in client revenue in her career as an HR Consultant.
Her heart remains with supporting small businesses and helping clients be financially and holistically successful as business leaders and humans. With years of experience in growing business alongside her clients, and in recent years as an entrepreneur herself, she is very aware of the concerns and celebrations her clients face day after day.
Lindsay grew up in Rochester NY and grew her career in Syracuse NY. Serving clients in central and northern New York for the majority of her career, Lindsay has valuable insights into the operations of small businesses and large corporations throughout upstate.
A recovering certification collector, Lindsay holds a Masters in Adult Education, a Bachelors in Business Administration, a Bachelors in Metaphysical Science, maintains certifications as PHR and SHRM-CP, is a Certified Professional Coach, and has practiced healing arts as a Reiki Master and Certified Psychic Medium. She is currently pursuing her NY Real Estate License.
She is passionate about bridging professionalism, leadership, business acumen and profit strategy with energy work, and showcases this work in her published book, Becoming Conscious in a Corporate World.
When she’s not serving her clients or writing her next book, she’s her husband and daughter’s personal comedian, a dog lover, and a music and TV obsessed TikTok scroller.
