(Melville / NY) Tony Calvacca, co-owner of New York Business Brokerage Inc., (NYBB) has received the prestigious International Business Broker Association’s “Certified Business Intermediary” (CBI) designation.
To qualify for the certification, Calvacca had to:
• Successfully complete 64 credit hours of IBBA courses, passing each course exam with a score of at least 75%. Courses include ethics, financial analysis, business pricing and valuation, legal and tax classes.
• Agree to follow the IBBA’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
In addition, Calvacca will be required to participate in continuing education coursework.
