Kyle Griffith is a seasoned business professional serving as the managing partner and principal of The NYBB Group and NYBB Commercial Real Estate, Inc. With over 13 years of experience representing small and mid-sized businesses in mergers and acquisitions, Kyle is a trusted advisor for companies looking to buy or sell. Kyle is also a member of the boards of the M&A Source, The International Association of Business Intermediaries (IABI), and the New York Association of Business Brokers, and has been honored with numerous awards, including the IBBA’s Outstanding Producer Award, IBBA Chairman’s Circle Award, and Schneps Media King of Queen’s award.
Kyle is a certified M&A professional (CM&AP) and holds the prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). This designation is held by fewer than 600 individuals worldwide and less than 10 in New York State, which attests to his expertise in the complexities of acquiring and selling privately held companies.
Aside from his work with the IBBA, Kyle is an active member of various associations and groups. He is the CEO and founder of Eminae Network, an advisory network for CEOs seeking resources for building, growing, or exiting a company. He is also an alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Business Program and a committee member of the Queens and Melville Chambers of Commerce. He holds a New York Real Estate Salesperson and Notary Public designation.
