Lori Karpman is a seasoned management consultant and retired attorney with over 30 years of “real world” business experience. She is the CEO of the multi-award-winning Lori Karpman & Company (LKC), as well as Coach Lori, her executive coaching firm. LKC is a full-service management consulting and legal services firm providing all the services a growing brand needs under one roof.
Lori is considered one of North America’s leading experts on multi-unit business development. She has been franchisor (twice), a master franchisee, and an attorney. She also founded her own successful chain of franchise restaurants, which she subsequently sold (5 years later) to a US development firm. Lori has worked with start-ups, as well as some of the most beloved Fortune 500 brands in the nation.
