With a passion for making an impact on the global business community, Susan Ganz founded Ganz Strategic Solutions. The Firm’s mission is to give back time and focus to executives and take seemingly impossible business initiatives and make them happen. As a Business Strategist and Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, she works with senior-level executives on their organizations’ key strategic initiatives to improve productivity and profitability. Working with often time-starved, stressed out executives and their teams, Susan analyzes what is getting in the way of their growth and change goals and navigates the path to reaching their desired outcomes. Leveraging her psychology background and strategic, financial, and project management skillset gained through her prior corporate experience, she listens, diagnoses, engages stakeholders, generates solutions, implements, and monitors for improvements.
