Anthony Rivas is a merger and acquisition (M&A) advisor with The NYBB Group. He assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, exit strategies, business valuations, and real estate.

Anthony has extensive experience in sales and marketing.  He is highly skilled at implementing successful marketing strategies on behalf of his clients, including business owners, entrepreneurs, and financials sponsors.  Anthony typically works with lower middle-market enterprises with annual revenues of $5 million to $50 million.

Anthony brings a successful track record in real estate to The NYBB Group.  For over seven years, he sold real estate in New York City and its surrounding suburbs.

He is familiar with different types of real estate transactions and structures, such as wholesaling properties, developing creative financing opportunities, helping client dealing with foreclosure.

Anthony is an enthusiastic, caring, and driven business professional committed to educating himself on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions and real estate.  He is a proud and active member of the M&A Source and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA)—two of the leading industry associations that serve dealmakers focused on middle market transactions.  Anthony also has a degree in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University.
