Havva Cetin, Executive Assistant

Havva Cetin joined The NYBB Group in March 2020 and serves as both Buyer Coordinator and Executive Assistant, playing a vital role in supporting the firm’s daily operations and transaction processes. In this multifaceted position, Havva wears many hats, helping ensure the efficient flow of information between buyers, sellers, and internal team members throughout the business sale process.

Her responsibilities include managing and maintaining the company’s CRM database and website, coordinating inquiries from buyers & sellers, overseeing candidate intake and qualification procedures, facilitating the execution and tracking of confidentiality agreements, and serving as liaison between prospective buyers and sellers. She also conducts market and industry research, supports transaction-related initiatives, and assists with administrative and operational functions that contribute to the firm’s success and client service excellence.

Prior to joining The NYBB Group, Havva built a diverse professional background spanning several industries, including hospitality, retail, fabrication, broadband communications, and consulting services. This broad range of experience has provided her with a unique perspective, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from a variety of business sectors and professional backgrounds.

Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to client service, Havva is an integral member of The NYBB Group team and takes pride in helping facilitate successful transactions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Outside of work, Havva enjoys spending quality time with her family, volunteering for causes like Pancreatic Cancer Research, tending to her garden, exploring hiking trails, reading, and relaxing with a good movie. Her appreciation for learning, nature, and meaningful connections carries over into both her personal and professional life.
