Kyla Bartolome, Marketing Assistant

Kyla serves as Marketing Coordinator for The NYBB Group, supporting the firm’s marketing, digital communications, brand presence, and business development efforts. She works closely with the firm’s managing partners and team members to strengthen how The NYBB Group communicates its expertise, opportunities, and value to business owners, buyers, referral partners, and professional audiences.

Her work includes developing content and campaigns across social media, email, web, video, digital advertising, and other marketing channels. She also supports the presentation and promotion of active engagements, completed transactions, educational initiatives, thought leadership, and firmwide communications, helping maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across platforms.

Kyla brings broader experience in marketing and digital communications across professional services, legal, real estate, nonprofit, and government contracting organizations. Her background includes content strategy, brand development, website management, lead generation, email marketing, campaign planning, creative production, database nurturing, and marketing operations. This range of experience has given her a practical understanding of how different audiences engage with information and how marketing can support both visibility and business development goals.

Beyond her professional role, Kyla enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new places, and finding creative inspiration in everyday experiences.
