Philip Monde is a merger and acquisition (M&A) advisor with the NYBB Group. He has an extensive background in finance with a prior focus on the markets. He spent 6 years as an NASD Series 7, 63 and 65 securities broker with JP Morgan/Chase Investment Services. Philip also led a capital raising operation to acquire majority ownership stakes in two franchise restaurant locations.

He also spent several years as a contract negotiator for a mid sized construction company in Long Island, NY. Philip’s passion for business and hands on approach to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved makes him an invaluable member of our team.

He holds an AS in Business Administration from Penn State University.

Philip typically works with lower middle-market enterprises with annual revenues of $5 million to $50 million.
