Virginia Velez is an M&A Associate who assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, exit strategies, business valuations, and real estate. With a diverse background in business ownership, real estate, and technology management.  Virginia brings a wealth of experience to every transaction.

She began her career as an entrepreneur, owning and operating a successful storefront before the pandemic. Navigating the challenges of small business ownership during rapidly changing market conditions gave her invaluable insights into the complexities of entrepreneurship and the importance of strategic decision-making.
Virginia transitioned into real estate, becoming a licensed agent and earning her National Mortgage Loan Origination (NMLO) license. This role further honed her deal structuring, negotiation, and market analysis skills, deepening her interest in mergers and acquisitions. She now focuses on advising businesses on growth, acquisitions, and exits.

Virginia holds a Master’s Degree from the City College of New York and is committed to ongoing professional development. Her approach is rooted in clear communication, dedication, and transparency—principles that guide her interactions with clients.
