New York Business Brokerage, a leading merger and acquisition firm based in Woodbury, N.Y., announced today that Luis de la Prida, CM&AA, and Kyle Griffith, CBI, have been named partners of the firm. Mr. Griffith of Queens, New York, represents buyers and sellers with the acquisition and sale of companies across a broad range of industries, but specializes in the transportation and HVAC sectors. Mr. de la Prida of Dix Hills, New York, advises small and mid-sized businesses and entrepreneurs in the health care, financial, real estate, and professional and business services industries. “We welcome Kyle and Luis to the firm’s partnership.” said Managing Partners Anthony Citrolo and Tony Calvacca.
Kyle Griffith is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with over 15 years of business experience. Throughout his career, he has owned and operated a family owned printing and shipping company, various online, retail and serviced based businesses, a package forwarding company, and a consulting firm. As a CBI, Mr. Griffith has the knowledge and experience to handle the complexities of acquiring and selling privately held companies. He is a Notary Public and holds a New York State Real Estate license. Mr. Griffith is Chairman of the New York Metropolitan Chapter of the New York Association of Business Brokers. He also serves on the marketing and communications committee for the International Business Brokers Association. He also serves on the Business Resource Committee of the Melville Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Queens Chamber of Commerce. He is also an advisory board member of CBC (Caribbean Business Connections).

Luis de la Prida is a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor and commercial real estate salesperson. Previously, Mr. de la Prida founded a successful management consulting and financial advisory and insurance businesses. In these roles, he served as a trusted advisor to small and mid-sized businesses and high net worth individuals in the financial, health care, real estate, and professional services industries. Mr. de la Prida also spent nearly a decade on Wall Street, where he gained valuable international experience in various financial roles at J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. de la Prida is a member of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, the Urgent Care Association of America, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
