MELVILLE, N.Y. – Feb. 4, 2022
New Vision Industries, Inc., a quality American manufacturing company located in the Southern Tier of Upstate New York, specializing in precision CNC machining, tool and model services, fabrication, welding and mechanical system assembly, joins Ring Precision components and Dieco as the Producto Group.
This merger creates a high-end component manufacturing company capable of precision tooling for applications ranging from injection molding, tooling for medical catheters to un-manned aerial vehicle components.
Mark Travis of The NYBB Group acted as the Business Intermediary on behalf of the seller, New Vision Industries, Inc. The sale was finalized on December 31, 2021.
