The NYBB Group Announces Successful Sale of Two Companies and Acquisition Agreement; Expanding HVAC Presence in New York Metro Area
MELVILLE, NEW YORK: The NYBB Group, Inc. has announced the sale and transition of two companies in the HVAC industry: Groner Service, Inc. and Metropolitan Testing and Balancing. NYBB acted as sell-side advisor. Anthony Citrolo and Kyle Griffith, managing partners of The NYBB Group, facilitated the sale of both companies. The NYBB Group also obtained a Buy-Side Mandate from a leading strategic buyer seeking acquisitions of HVAC service companies.
Sale of Groner Services Inc.
The sale of Groner Services, Inc. was completed in September 2020 and included the sale of the Groner building, also facilitated by The NYBB Group, as commercial real estate brokers. Groner Services, Inc., located on Long Island, has been a family-owned business for 60 years.

Sale of Metropolitan Testing and Balancing
