On Demand Webinar Series: Pre-Transaction Planning with Lou de la Prida

Webinar originally aired:  May 13, 2020

In the current M&A environment, business owners have been rightfully taking steps to survive the health and economic impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Not surprisingly, terms such as PPP, EIDL, and Cash Management have become part of the business lexicon of CEOs and business owners everywhere.

Yet as the crisis continues, businesses may need additional strategies to preserve the value of their firms. One such strategy is to sell or merge their business. But that is not easy to do in the best of circumstances, much less during a crisis.

How, then, can a business owner prepare themselves to transition their most important asset? The answer is to prepare not just their business but also themselves.

In other words, when it comes to M&A, it’s not just business; it’s personal, too.

Please join Luis de la Prida at the NYBB group as he moderates a discussion among the leading personal and business advisors in New York.
